            Hmm, its been quite a long time since I’ve last updated my blog entry. I was busy with the school’s latest backdrop and of course, my Kemahiran Hidup projects. I admit that I did a last minute work and it took me two days without sleep to complete EVERYTHING. Anyway, I’m finally saved =D lol..

            Its 5.49 in the evening now. I just finished baking some cookies. =) really sweet lil butter cookies. I’ll bring some to school this Monday. For Apple, Dunstan, Edrea, Derek, Jonathan, Joshua, Carrie and also last but not least, Edgar. And of course, SHARLYN TOO!!

            Right now, I wanna wish Sharlyn a VERY BIG AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Not every year a sweet lil girl turns 15 eh. =) Anywa, I dunno whether you read my blog onot.. but aiyah. Just wish you a happy birthday and may your life be filled with God’s blessings.

            Today I was supposed to go to school for a Ping Pong competition. My mom and me got sick last nite, lol how dumbishly hilarious. Anyway, I had another bowl of the suckiest medicine AGAIN. My stomach has been cramping madly these few days. I think its highly possible due to stress.

            At least everything is well again now. Right, Andrew Lyn is gonna leave KK tomolo for further studies in Australia. I heard from Ray, Jon and Dav. *sighs* I haven’t been TALKING to Andrew face to face, cause we hv lil chance to meet. Whenever we meet, it’ll been in CONFERENCES or CONCERTS. So, you get my point now don’t you? Well, we’ve been chatting n havin fun once in a while but rarely. But he’s stil my friend. So, Andrew.. =) all the best in your “new life” and PLEASE dun fall in love with any aussie ladies.. later you might migrate there and get married and have a family there.. =P lol.. jk.. whatever dude! LOL just have fun and gain new experiences. All the best with your studies there and I thank God for putting you in my life and I thank God I got to know you. Even though we’re not close, but at least I learnt some stuffs from you and I hope you did too. (Besides teasing me with Edrea =P) God bless and I hope to see you again soon!!

9^th June 2007

            Hello everyone. Well, yesterday morning. My dad woke me up at 6 a.m. and he said “Vera, wake up. Pong Pong died”. I just opened my eyes so I didn’t hear correctly so I said “let me sleep for five more minutes” then I closed my back my eyes. At the same time, I was absorbing what my dad told me. Then I finally realized. I could hear my dad’s footsteps trailing down de staircase and I shouted with just one breath and screamed “what did you say?!?!?” My dad’s footsteps stopped and I could hear him sigh. He said once more, softly and clearly. He said again “your rabbit died this morning in front of your bed room door.” When I heard it, I was so wide awake and tears were starting to form under my eyelids. In my heart I was like “what???? He could not die! I had him for barely one month! God, why did you take him away now? I’m having a Holy Spirit camp starting TODAY and I needed to go to school by seven! WHY on earth did my rabbit die? Was it my fault and etc.” I was so shocked and it hurt so badly at the same time.

            Pong Pong is JUST A RABBIT, yes I know. But he means so much more to me than just a rabbit. He jumps on my lap and crawls up on me to lick my face and all, he shares the same ice cream with me once a few weeks ago, he always ran to me when I called. I’m so proud of him. He never really bit me hard, he usually licks me. I know that my scent is the scent he always sniffs and follows. He follows wherever I go. I can still recall the last kiss I gave him on his forehead the night he died. Oh man, how painful!

            I cried, but not very much. I sms-ed Edgar, Farren and Apple and told them my rabbit died. All of them replied and comforted me. I tried to make the best of it and make myself as happy as I can be. After  all, I need to focus on my piano playing. I am playing the keyboard in the first session of my camp. Therefore, I needed to do my best out there for God. It was difficult! I realized how much I love Pong Pong and my mood got a little bit worse.

            I hardly smiled at all when I reached school. I know, the heartbreak I received in the morning was not such a big blow so I jus stuffed it down deep inside my heart, like I always do. I do always stuff my stresses, sadness and pressure in my heart everyday, bit by bit. I was not aware at all that I stored them in my heart and all those piled up stresses and hurts were hurting me so badly. I was totally unaware. Anyway, Ivan asked us all to pray for this Camp. When it was my turn to pray, I wholeheartedly asked God for 3 things.

1. I asked God to forgive all our sins that we’ve committed and give us a pure and clean heart because it is important and we can only come into God’s presence with that particular pure and clean heart.

2. Secondly, I asked God to bless all  of us with a good mood and also help us all to cast our sorrows and problems aside for the moment because we really want to serve God with a good and happy mood so that we will certainly be able to do our best in everything for God.

3. Last but not least, I asked God to bless each and everyone of us. I asked God to let everyone go home full of the holy spirit and also God’s blessings and I asked God so that none of us will go home empty handed.

            Well, youth camp started. We had three sessions altogether. It was enjoyable and simple but yet full of meaning. We had two sessions by day and one session by night. By the way we had Telematch in the evening. My group (Omega), got number 4 (last), in all the events. At the end, we were announced as winner instead. They key o our success was, our group leaders were supposed to go to the youth committee member’s for their signature and approval as a sign we’ve passed all 8 levels or stations. Well, Waltson was seriously a genius. He looked for the right committee member to sign after the last level, which is JinHo, whereas every other group leader was looking for the wrong committee member to sign.

            Well, everything was fun. After the third session, I realized that I’ve learnt a lot through this camp. Unexpectedly, all of us did receive something I am sure. I thought this camp would be as normal as ever, but I was so wrong. After the third session, Pastor Jonathan prayed for Yvonne Loh, she got touched by the Holy Spirit and was on the floor for like 1 hour, more than 1 hour, or less than one hour. I’m not so sure. After that, the Holy Spirit began to move. It was totally revival. People started to get healed in their hearts. Almost everyone broke down n cried or laugh in less than 5 minutes. Whatever it is, I am quite sure almost everyone got touched by the Holy Spirit.

            As for me myself, I got so touched and I began to let the Holy Spirit work in me freely. As a result, I finally let go of those teeny weenie little stress inside of me that I’ve been piling up for months. Those heartbroken feelings and almost everything, unforgiveness , disappointments with myself and my friends, school life, church life and many more. However I did manage to find out what my problem was and the reason why I was crying. It is what I typed just now and well, I prayed for myself and I cried harder. But then I got to a jerking stop, a total stop, a sudden stop. But then, I knew I had more inside of me, so I begged God to give me more. By using the theme Pastor Jonathan told us which is “Ask For More” I asked God to send someone to pray for me. Not long after that, Yvonne Yap came to me and prayed. I believe that what she said was totally from God. What she told me truly penetrated my heart and hit me at the right spot. I thank God for her. After a while, other came to pray for me. Thank you my friends, Apple, Sunny and of course Edrea. Thanks for the prayers, I was unaware of these hurts. I thank you for helping me go through this downfall into the next level of a stronger  level of Christian life.

            We ended everything at about 12 a.m. plus. The next day, many people gave their testimonials including me. It was awesome, according to their testimonials, many changed especially those who were the last people expected to change. Anyway, everything is going on great with me now, I will change to become a better person. =)

Memories in Youth Alpha's Holy Spirit camp 2007!! God bless you all my friends.. =)

            Hello everyone! Its been a while since I last blog-ed. I have been pretty busy these holiday. Did you remember me saying that I’ll be attending a study course? Well, I’ve just finished attending the study courses. The last day of my final study course was today. Well, in that particular study course, we are supposed to focus our mind 100%-ly on one thing and never let another thing disrupt you, let your blood circulation move around, breathe the right way so that enough amount of oxygen reaches your brain, ignite your inner brain power and also the worst thing, blindfold reading.

            Well, let me start by telling my experience in that course which I find rather weird. It was held in Shangri-La hotel (opposite Golden Screen  Cinema). Well on the first day, the lecturer, (he prefers people to refer him as Master Lim, Master Vincent Lim in fact) ignited our brain power. We were blindfolded and the lights were totally off, and we’re suppose to “look into our brains”. The first day I found it totally confusing, but finally, I managed to focus on my brain, and I managed to “see” it. The weird thing was, I could actually see sparkles, and then I felt the blood moving through my brain. At that time, I was totally relaxing and focusing on my brain. I guess it was like Yoga or something.

            The second day, he handed us a book. Well in that book were few pages. But according to Master Lim, it’s a training book. Those who have not yet been ignited of their brain powers are not supposed to practice that book. If they do, they will have to bear the consequences themselves, which is, according to him, loose your own brain power already in you and you will slowly become weak and weaker. In that book, if you’re wondering, are pictures which you are suppose to focus. Firstly there’s a huge circle, which in the middle is a tiny dot. You focus on the dot until you :

1. See the circle outside of the dot completely missing
2. See lights coming out of the circle
3. See you hands producing an amount of light
4. Penetrate the book itself and see you hands which are supporting it at the back
5. Focus till your OWN SKELETON can be seen

Horrible isn’t it? Well, for me myself, I managed to succeed objective 1 till four. Objective number 5 requires too much power of concentration which I find not logical.

            At the end of the second day, I went home. Sandra and me decided to check him out in the website. We found out that he’s a recognized energy healer and also a teacher.

Hmm. Energy healer eh? =) Me and Sandra found out that energy healing associates with the Soul Power. Which enables the healing of sicknesses just by putting your hands on his or her head or something like that.

            In this world, there are three types of power.

1. Body power

Which enables one to eat, walk talk and etc. The way to recharge this power is by sleeping of course.

2. Spirit power

Spirit power on the other hand is the ability to communicate with either Satan and his minions or the Holy Spirit himself.  Which of course, is available in de heart of every Christian.

3. Soul Power

The ability to do telepathic, mind reading, blindfold reading, and on and on. This power, can be trained using meditation and increasing the power of concentration.

            Well, among all that I’ve mentioned above, we humans are only allowed to use Body Power and Spirit Power and not the Soul Power. Soul Power is supposed to be kept locked up unless a certain individual is able to break loose of those locks and penetrate those boundaries which will then enable him to use Soul Power.

            According to the bible, when Adam was created, there was soul power in him which he used to name each and every single animal which roams the earth, all in one day. A normal being wouldn’t be able to do that don’t you think? Well, in Adam’s case, soul power was given to control the animals, remembering every creature and it’s name without any troubles or even headaches.

            However, the Satan was clever enough to manipulate human’s soul power and caused the fall of men, which of course happened to Adam. After he sinned, God locked up the soul power in every human for it is the instrument of Satan. People who uses soul power will likely fall down. This is no joke, the proof lies in the bible. God only uses Spirit Power in Christians which is available through the Holy Spirit.

            Soul Power is good if it is used alone. Meaning to say, low level Qi Gong or Yoga will bring no harm at all. But if one is curious and willing to learn the higher levels of soul power, the mixture of SPIRIT and SOUL power is required. The Holy Spirit will of course, not mix with soul power itself, leaving who else to mingle with soul power if not the other forces? Remember, once soul power is ignited, curiosity and Satan will likely dominate it and use it for other purposes.

            Well, back to the Glance and Remember course. Honestly, I didn’t know why I was selected to go on stage. It was ridiculous to blindfold and read. So of course, I cheated. But I didn’t seem like I was cheating because I did not tilt my head. I just tied my blindfold cloth in such a way that I could see. But nobody knew, I was the last person who did the presentation. There were 8 people selected. Out of 8, 6 or 7 people cheated. I knew because we discussed. The only ones who claimed that they actually did manage to do blindfold reading were a 6 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. -.-‘’’

            Anyway, I did manage to read an essay with 150+ words for 5 seconds only. And answered all the questions and re tell the whole story completely and correctly. Yes this is rather impossible, but I guess my soul power is ignited and unlocked. Master Lim said that he helped us ignite it. Oh man.

            I guess I’ll just pray and ask the holy spirit to block temptations. But one thing for sure, I know the danger and I myself investigated the horror of soul plus spirit power. I will only strengthen my body, soul and spirit but I will not mix any power of mine except for body and spirit power. =) no worried my friends.

 28^th May 2007

            As I’ve expected, today is such a wonderful day. I went for Pirates Carribean 3 at Growball along with Apple, Fion, Azrie, Farren and Edrea. The movie lasted about 3 hours or so. The movie was awesome, as I predicted. Anyway, after movies, we went to eat at Kyros Kebabs on the third floor because Japanese Dreamfood was closed today. Edrea was disappointed.

            Right, Pong Pong on the other hand is also doing well. It grew a lot compared to the day I just got it. =) Yeay baby.

            Today, I went to school. I had two hours of fooling around the class during Sejarah. The teacher briefed us and left a little while later. My goodness, the whole format really has been changed. *sighs* but oh well, what to do. Anyway, KH was okay. I did my last year’s kerja khursus. I was slow because I was busy doing SERASI last year. So I got to rush a lot this year.

            Well, after that I went home and had fun with Pong Pong. Oh before I forget, I’m really going to watch a movie with Edrea, Farren, Azrie, Fion, and Apple this Monday afternoon. The movie we’ll be watching is Pirates of The Carribean Three. I’ll be helping them to buy the tickets tomorrow. Anyway, Teoh and Sylvia might be going for the movie too if both of them are free. After the movies, we plan to eat at Japanese Dreamfood or McDonalds. I hope everything will go on well and we’ll all have fun.

Here is the movie time table. Me and my friends will be watching the movie at 12.20 pm at GROWBALL, Centre Point. Don’t forget to meet at McDonalds at 12 okay?
